How a cohort works

Not a library of videos.

01

01

Two live sessions a week

Every session is recorded and posted the same day, with written notes.

02

02

Your own feature is the project

Bring an AI feature you are designing now, or work from one of our briefs.

03

03

One critique group for six weeks

Groups of six see your feature every week, so they notice what changed.

04

04

Open office hours on Fridays

An hour with both instructors. Drop in with whatever you are stuck on.

From past cohorts

“Dispatchers had stopped using our route suggestions. Accepting one replaced the plan they’d already made.”

Marcus Hale

Senior product designer, logistics software

“My critique group caught what I’d stopped seeing: we never told anyone when a category was a guess.”

Ana Lúcia Ferraz

Product designer, personal finance app

“Now we look at ten real outputs, picked at random, before anyone talks about the interface.”

Hannah Brooks

Design manager, insurance software
