1. Who we are. This policy covers seamfulschool.com, run by Seamful School, LLC, PO Box 2147, Oakland, CA 94604.

2. What we collect. From our forms, we collect what you submit. That can include your name, email address, company, role, and message, and, for program or scholarship applications, information about your work, your team, and your situation that you choose to share. Our host also receives technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which may appear in server logs. When you enroll, you pay on our course platform or payment processor; this site doesn’t collect your full card number.

3. How we use it. To run this site, reply to you, send the emails you asked for, run the programs you enroll in, send invoices, keep business records, and comply with the law. We don’t use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with. Service providers that help us run the school, including our website host, email provider, course platform, and payment processor. They process your information to provide their services to us, under their own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of selling or transferring the business. We don’t sell personal information, share it for advertising, or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and Do Not Track. We may use cookies the site needs to work, such as security or session cookies. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad pixels. Other companies don’t collect information about your activity over time and across other websites through this site, except service providers working for us. We don’t respond to Do Not Track signals.

6. Emails. Announcements and newsletters include an unsubscribe link. If you’re enrolled, we’ll still send emails about your program, such as schedules and invoices.

7. Reviewing and changing your information. To review, or to ask us to correct or delete, the personal information we hold about you, email hello@seamfulschool.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Children. Our programs are for working adults. This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

9. Changes. When we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For a significant change, we’ll post a notice on the site or email you if we have your address.
